Integration at the location

If the start of the project and date of immigration have already been set, we offer our corporate customers services such as:

• Support in finding an apartment or house; individual VIP support upon request
  
• Organisation of moving home from the employee’s native country to Germany
  

Once at the location:

• Staging of welcoming events for your new employees: Employees not only receive local refreshments at these events, but also an introduction to the locality and useful things to know about it and Germany, for example information on the new location (restaurants, leisure time, sport, travelling by bus/taxi/rail), dos & don’ts in Germany, German culture (differences from their native country, if applicable), the German weather, etc.
  
• Support in obtaining a tax certificate, social insurance (including for the family), visa for family members, registration for school and kindergarten, exchange of an existing driving licence for a national one, applications for child allowance, language/integration courses, registration with the German TV licence authority GEZ, assistance in organising visits to the doctor, etc.
  
• Personal support in all insurance matters (health, legal expenses, property insurance, etc.)
  
• Support in planning leisure activities for the children/family or employees themselves (registration with clubs, presentation of leisure activities, etc.)
  
• Advice on tourist visas for employees
  
• Support in relation to visa documents for non-Schengen states
  
• Support in all matters as and when required
